Warranty:
Here at Dreaming Leather we love our products and want them to stay in your life! If at any point during the lifetime of your leather product it needs touching up or repairing, we will be happy to perform this service free of charge. We just ask that you cover the cost of shipping.
This warranty is void if the item is damage due to to misuse. Misuse may include overpacking, constant rubbing, getting the item wet, or using the item for anything other than its intended purpose. We love our leather, please don't abuse it, or this warranty.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me as soon as possible. We would love to work together to resolve any issues.
Commission Policies:
In order to stay true to my style and ensure that your desires are met, I reserve the right to not take on commissions with anyone whose design aesthetic does not match my personal artistic style.
Additionally, I will not create designs that include trademarked material.
If the consultation results in a match between our visions, I will then provide a quote for the piece as well as an expected lead time. Commissions will require a 50% deposit of the quoted price to cover material cost and initial labor before work will begin. Full payment must be received before the final item is shipped.
The lead time on commissions will vary, but I can rush your order for an additional fee. Please let me know if you have a specific deadline.
